As a Demand Generation Manager at Kami, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through targeted and creative campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer with a proven track record of success in demand generation. You will need to possess a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer journeys, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will also need to be able to analyze campaign performance, identify new areas of opportunity, and collaborate with sales teams to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies
  • Manage paid media agency relationships for demand-gen initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify new areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging
  • Deploy ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts
  • Work with marketing operations specialists to design technical customer journeys and automated workflows
