The Specialist Eating Disorders Service (SEDS) provides evidence-based treatment and support to clients experiencing complex and severe eating disorders. We are a team of passionate clinicians who work in a holistic way together with our clients, their families, and communities.

Job Description:
This role involves providing support services to individuals experiencing eating disorders, including developing positive working relationships and promoting connections with family and whanau, communities, and other health services. The successful candidate will be an integral and valued member of our multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the team culture and developing relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support around meals, grocery shopping, and food preparation
- Developing peer relationships with clients based on mutuality and authenticity
- Understanding and promoting the importance of connections with family and whanau, communities, and other health services
- Being an integral and valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the team culture and developing relationships with colleagues

Requirements:
- Current full NZ drivers license
- Experience working effectively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, especially Maaori and Pasifika communities and their whaanau
- Ability to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team
- Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in health and well-being or equivalent experience
