The Role: We are currently looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to manage a team of Support Workers in the provision of home-based care services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Health and Disability sector, Home and Community Support Services, or a related field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure effective service delivery
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and be a team player
