About the Role:
- Collaborate with business line leadership and pursuit teams to drive successful proposal, pursuit, and marketing activities for must-win, strategic pursuits.
- Oversight, coordination, and delivery of all aspects of complex proposals involving multiple contributors.
- Develop distinctive value propositions and win themes that clearly differentiate Stantec.
- Identify execution team members and assign roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Experience leading large, complex pursuits and proposals is a must.
- Experience leading and managing government bids (federal and municipal) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
