The successful candidate will be responsible for providing marketing leadership and strategic expertise in establishing Stantec's market position, developing strong relationships with key clients, identifying market opportunities, and creating winning proposal submissions/presentations.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, public relations, and communications professionals, to build brand awareness and identify market opportunities for top-line growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for detail-oriented work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive successful proposal, pursuit, and marketing activities for must-win, strategic pursuits across the region.
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop win plans, identify unique and applicable qualifications, develop content, undertake compliance assurance, and manage the schedule/deadlines/process.
- Work with a larger Stantec team to build brand awareness and identify market opportunities for top-line growth.
- Develop distinctive value propositions and win themes that clearly differentiate Stantec.
Qualifications:
- A minimum 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a senior marketing role in the A/E/C industry.
- Experience leading large, complex pursuits and proposals is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to provide critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
