Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to haematology patients, including exercise programs.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the haematology service.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in on-call and weekend rotations, enhancing the availability of services.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • New Zealand registration as a physiotherapist with an Annual Practicing Certificate.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, ideally within a hospital setting.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly, support staff, and engage in evidence-based practice.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural safety principles.
