Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and operational oversight to a team of physiotherapists. They will lead by example, demonstrating advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-informed care.

This role requires strong leadership and time-management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and bicultural environment.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving quality improvements and contributing to the evolution of the Community Physiotherapy Service. They will partner with other Allied Health Practice Supervisors for support and guidance.
