**Job Overview**

Northern Regional Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinician to join our team of dedicated professionals providing paediatric orthopaedic services.

This permanent, full-time role will involve providing high-quality clinical care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will have the opportunity to support junior staff, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy services to children and adolescents with orthopaedic conditions
  • Support junior staff in developing and delivering the inpatient service with orthopaedics
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide whanau-centred care
  • Demonstrate contemporary physiotherapy theory and practice to deliver effective assessment and interventions

Requirements:

  • NZ registration as a Physiotherapist with current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Minimum 4+ years of post-graduate clinical work experience and 2 years full-time experience within the area of specialty
  • Proven experience working in clinical leadership and service development/quality improvement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
