About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to work with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services to clients across Auckland. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work primarily in community settings, including clients' homes or clinics, and will be expected to travel throughout Auckland to meet with clients and collaborate with other team members.

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation plans to promote optimal outcomes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to share knowledge and best practices
  • Reporting as required for external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (PBNZ)
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist, ideally in musculoskeletal, neuro, and complex conditions
  • Experience with ACC injury and assessment contracts
  • A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural safety principles
  • The ability to travel throughout Auckland and work independently in community settings
