Job Description

The Technical Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our Out of Home business. As a key member of our professional technical support team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling machinery installations, de-installations, swaps, and repairs.

\

You will maintain accurate machinery and equipment records in Salesforce, including stock movements, and manage workshop schedules to ensure timely completion of on-site repairs.

\

Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you will work closely with sales, technical teams, and third-party providers to ensure readiness for installations and deinstallations.

\

Responsibilities

  • \
  • Coordinating and scheduling machinery installations, de-installations, swaps, and repairs\
  • Maintaining accurate machinery and equipment records in Salesforce\
  • Managing workshop schedules and balancing on-site repairs\
  • Collaborating with sales, technical teams, and third-party providers\
  • Handling technical issue calls and escalating as needed\
  • Overseeing the deinstallation process to ensure timely completion\
  • Keying installation order management for machinery delivery\
  • Proactively resolving technical and logistical challenges\

Qualifications

\

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • \
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role\
  • Previous FMCG experience would be highly regarded\
  • Previous technical or warehousing experience would be highly regarded\
  • SAP or Salesforce experience would be highly regarded\
  • High level of computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel\
  • High attention to detail\
  • Influential and team player\
  • Valid unrestricted work visa\
