We are now searching for a proactive and dynamic Technical Diagnostic Specialist Advisor based in our Auckland Airport Office. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch technical expertise, and making a real impact, we would love to hear from you

About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive, develop, and distribute to Dealers and others as appropriate, communication advising action to be taken in the resolution of product improvement developments.
  2. Assist National Service & Technical Manager in preparation of Dealer communication and bulletins.
  3. Research, coordinate and follow up on product, Dealer technical and customer issues in a timely manner via the Connect Technical Assistance portal.
  4. Maintain and support Dealers Service deliverables equipment including advising National Service & Technical manager on equipment replacement requirements.
  5. Support Technical Trainer with course development and delivery as required.
  6. Support Product Manager to align and critique new models with NZ legal and customer requirements.
  7. To be flexible to travel internationally & internally if required.
Experience:
  1. High level of current automotive technical skills - heavy commercial vehicle trade qualification desirable.
  2. Sound knowledge of heavy automotive industry - essential.
  3. Sound knowledge of the aftersales process and dealer fixed operations.
  4. Fuso product knowledge.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Valid class 2 and 4 HT driving licences.
