This role reports to the Property Support Team Leader, responsible for ensuring all applications are processed in a timely manner and that documentation meets Avanti standards for property loans.

We're looking for an individual with 2-3 years of finance experience in mortgages, preferably in a similar role, with excellent computer skills and ability to work autonomously.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Process applications efficiently, adhering to Avanti's standards and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Multitask and manage risks effectively, applying a risk and compliance lens.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, understanding the approval process for lenders.
  • Foster strong relationships with advisors, lawyers, and other parties to obtain necessary information.
  • Provide administrative support to lenders and the team, ensuring excellent customer service.
