**Job Summary**

This role is a key member of the Property Team, responsible for providing administrative support in managing and maintaining our property portfolio. You will be proactive in knowing when to escalate important queries to the right team members with a sense of urgency and a high level of detail and accuracy in everything you do.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with the management of lease agreements, including lease renewals and terminations across the property portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation, liaising with finance and legal.
  • Manage front door leasing enquires from landlords and contractors.
  • Support the Property Team in resolving property-related issues on rent reconciliations and account enquires.
  • Manage correspondence and communication with external and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Strong accounts and reconciliation experience.
  • Previous experience in property administration or a related field advantageous but not necessary.
  • Familiarity with lease agreements and property management processes.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite user with ability to pick up new systems with ease.
  • Proficiency in using property management software (desirable but not essential).
