This role reports to Property Support Team Leader.

The Property Lending Support Administrator plays a key role in ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently and that all documentation meets Avanti's standards for property loans. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience in the finance industry, particularly in lending or mortgages, who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

In This Role, You Will:Do the Doing
  • Loan Processing & Administrative Support
  • Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management. Support lenders by gathering and verifying information from advisors, lawyers, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in maintaining excellent customer service standards for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries and supporting the wider team as needed.
  • Apply a risk and compliance lens, ensure legal adherence, and manage all day-to-day risks through the appropriate channels.
  • Operate with integrity by upholding high standards in compliance and risk management through adherence to the three lines of defence model.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role within the finance industry (mortgages, lending, or banking experience preferred).
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience handling and processing financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and support both internal and external stakeholders.
