About the Role
The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in the management and oversight of supported living for individuals with disabilities. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and ensure high-quality services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the staff working in supported living homes.
- Monitor health, lifestyle, and behavioural outcomes for individuals supported by Spectrum Care.
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to deliver responsive services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Relevant experience working in health, disability, or social services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
