About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Everil Orr Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will support our Clinical Manager in delivering safe, effective nursing care based on best practice guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality nursing care
  • Ensure accurate clinical records and compliance with nursing policies, infection control, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners during rounds and assist in preparing personalised care plans
  • Support rostering, staff direction, and performance appraisals
  • Provide leadership in the absence of the Clinical Manager and help improve care standards through continuous improvement plans

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A New Zealand Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate and aged care experience
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Experience managing staff (desirable)
  • Postgraduate study or interest in further education (desirable)
