Job Description

We have a full-time permanent position available servicing our DIY and trade customers. This role requires working a 5-day 40-hour week roster, including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to trade and DIY customers
  • Assist customers in finding products to meet their needs
  • Perform daily in-store duties such as customer service, advising, selling, merchandising stock, and replenishing shelves
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Enthusiasm, positive energy, and team spirit
  • A passion for customer service excellence
  • Store sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Able to take initiative with a mature and sensible mindset
  • Physically fit as lifting and merchandising products is part of this role
