To succeed in this role:

  • You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive in providing a customer service experience that is second to none.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role as a Sales Representative or in frontline Customer Services within the roofing/building industry.
  • You will be able to find solutions to technical and product enquiries to meet our customer's needs.
