About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead our Colposcopy Service at Christchurch Women's Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in colposcopy and hysteroscopy services
  • Develop and improve care delivery across the service
  • Collaborate with community providers to reduce inequities in women's health

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development, including the chance to become a Nurse Colposcopist. You will work closely with the lead doctor and other senior nursing and management teams to achieve our goal of providing patient-centric care.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have experience as a registered nurse in gynaecology, preferably with experience in colposcopy and hysteroscopy. You should also possess leadership skills, quality and change management knowledge, and a passion for women's health. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to use technology efficiently.
