**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our Adult General and Inpatient Service. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, providing innovative and person-centered care to individuals with serious or acute mental disorders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To provide specialist input into the assessment and treatment of patients with complex mental health needs.
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient autonomy and recovery.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in adult mental health, including experience working with inpatient, community, and psychiatric emergency services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care that meets individual needs.

**Benefits**

CGR Services offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • $140,000 - $160,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
