**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly successful customer-focused Business Development Manager to support and grow our diverse lubricants customer base throughout the South Island region.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will work collaboratively with our engineering, marketing, and North Island colleagues to achieve business goals. This includes demonstrating demand forecasting expertise and having recent experience in the lubricants or aligned markets, with a strong understanding of market structures and associated networks.

**Requirements**

We expect you to have technical knowledge, solution selling skills, and a propensity to be in the field to understand and deliver great service to customers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, progressive culture where you will have broad account management authority to manage customer relationships and new business acquisition.
