The Sales Manager will lead a team of Business Development Executives, driving exceptional business results. With a strategic mindset and compassionate approach, you will:
- Set strategic sales objectives and KPIs for the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Align sales strategies with impactful marketing campaigns.
- Take ownership of the CRM (Hubspot) to enhance sales processes and manage leads.
- Position the business as an industry leader through identification of new market opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Three to five years of sales leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of skin science or medical-oriented sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
- Natural ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills.
