About the Role
This position is based at our Napier store, working 40 hours per week including weekends on a rostered basis. You will be responsible for providing retail sales and customer service to our shareholders, advising customers on agricultural products, operating a point of sale system, and completing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice on a range of sheep and beef, dry stock, and general agricultural products
• Operate a point of sale system accurately and efficiently
• Complete administrative tasks such as ordering and receipting of stock
• Restock and display our products effectively

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A background in the farming sector or related experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail sales or customer service skills and experience
• Sound computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Physical fitness for lifting and manual handling tasks

Bonus Points
A forklift licence and first aid qualification are highly desirable.
