Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional with strong customer service skills to join our Customer Service team based at our Mount Wellington office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver administrative and sales support.
- Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
- Meet KPIs and targets while working independently and collaboratively within the team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using multiple web-based databases and email programs.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centres or administration is highly desirable.
