The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the site management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for site personnel.
  2. Document Management: Maintain and organize site-related documentation, including safety reports, compliance records, personnel files, and other critical mine site documents. Ensure documents are updated, filed, and archived properly.
  3. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for site-related inquiries, liaising with site personnel, contractors, and management. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Inventory and Supplies: Track and manage office supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate, and requests are processed efficiently.
  5. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management. Maintain spreadsheets and databases to track site operations, personnel, and other relevant information.
  6. General Office Duties: Perform general office duties such as filing and document preparation.

To ensure the achievement of this large-scale project, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a 1-year contract for the construction period, with the possibility of a permanent position once the mine is in operation.
