About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of elite customers, including building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Hosting racing and sporting events, including ensuring high-quality experiences for our customers.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of NZ horseracing, sport, and wagering, including industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
