At sKids, we pride ourselves on providing a fun and engaging out-of-school care service for primary-aged children. As an Assistant Programme Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programmes.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to assist with day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery. This includes managing parent and school liaison, as well as assisting staff and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping them develop their confidence and self-expression. Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector is highly beneficial.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12
  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A valid NZ work/student visa or NZ residency/citizenship
