Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Vehicle Maintenance Records: Update vehicle maintenance records in Eroad, monitor and manage vehicle check lists, driver log sheets, and documents.
- Compliance Management: Monitor and manage vehicle compliance (COF/WOF/REGO/Full service), maintain vehicle folders, and work closely with yard supervisor, health and safety officer, and drivers to ensure compliances.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage HILTI transfers, inspect discrepancies in yard stock, process inventory charge out to job sites, and monitor small plant transfer activities.
- System Management: Manage Eroad, HILTI, Everlink, and Mobil Card systems, add employees, issue PIN numbers, update vehicles and plants, and configure tags.
