Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Centre Operator to assist with the effective and timely communication to customers and emergency services. This role will involve coordinating the deployment of front-line operations personnel and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a contact centre environment or similar role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple activities simultaneously. They must also have outstanding work ethics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and have a current Certificate of Approval (COA). You will also need to possess problem-solving skills, flexibility to work in shifts, and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with customers and emergency services.
