A Day in the Life
As a Sales and Channel Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales and margin across our channels. Your day starts with a collaborative team meeting, where you'll share targets and insights with your fellow sales reps. Then, you'll hit the road, visiting key accounts in the Waikato region, ensuring our products are prominently displayed and well-stocked.
In the afternoon, you'll meet potential new customers, showcase our latest offerings, and close exciting deals. You'll stay connected with the office for updates and support via our Fresh Brew team. Finally, you'll wrap up your day by reviewing your sales performance and planning for greater success tomorrow.

What We're Looking For
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG, with a background in on-premises and hospitality customers. Liquor industry experience is a plus. You must be able to generate unique perspectives and ideas, collaborate well with others, and contribute positively to the group. Strong presentation skills, excellent communication, and relationship-building abilities are essential. You should also be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
