As a Primary Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality primary care to diverse patient groups, promoting health, and assessing, diagnosing, and managing various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic and person-centred primary care services to patients
  • Promote health and assess, diagnose, and form management plans for diverse patient groups
  • Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up
  • Provide culturally safe care with patients and their whānau
