  3. Partnering with operational teams to develop, implement, and refine health and safety tools, solutions, and resources that propel business excellence.

The successful candidate will bring expertise from the roading infrastructure or construction sector, specifically supporting complex organisations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

This role may be based in Christchurch or Auckland, with occasional travel required.
