**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Partner to join our team as we embark on an exciting phase of our strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with all PSN managers and teams to support the embedding of our newly refreshed health and safety system.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures that meet legislative requirements.
  • Provide coaching and advice to staff on health and safety matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with management and workers to ensure regulatory compliance and embed a health and safety culture.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical knowledge and proven background in creating health and safety change. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a generalist health and safety role alongside a degree, NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health or the equivalent level of experience gained through professional experience working in health and safety.
