About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Strategist to play a pivotal operational role aligning HR strategy with overarching business objectives. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective business partnering with leaders within the Marketing, R&D, and NZ Sales departments across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders to influence and co-create people solutions.
  • Partnering with COE teams to enhance capability and performance through cyclical people activities.
  • Managing people budgets within allocated departments.
  • Oversight of employee relations, including grievances and performance improvements.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience.
  • Mentoring a Senior HR Advisor.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in FMCG and global companies.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
