Key Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to optimize space, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall space utilization across multiple properties.
• Balance design improvements or renovations with cost-effectiveness, ensuring that space planning initiatives align with budgetary considerations.
• Collaborate with facility teams and stakeholders/users at each site to understand specific needs, align objectives, and ensure smooth implementation of space plans.

Requirements
• Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in policy & planning or asset portfolio management related fields.
• Background in Civil Engineering and experience in managing R&D space planning is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and think creatively to apply strategic thinking to tasks.
