About the Role

Synapxe is seeking an experienced Assistant Lead Analyst to support our HR Ops and Tech team. As an administrator from an HR perspective (HRIS Specialist), you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage system maintenance and support, including troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT for system updates and patches.
  2. Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and management, analyzing HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  3. Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements, collaborating with other HR and IT teams to design and implement new HRIS modules and features.
  4. Provide user training and documentation, developing and delivering training programs and materials for HRIS users.
  5. Analyze current HR processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  6. Ensure HRIS compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements, maintaining data security and confidentiality within the HRIS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years related experience with HRIS systems and HR processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and handling large amounts of data.
