Role Summary

This key role focuses on building, implementing, and maintaining the Synapxe GRC system capabilities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive project plans for GRC systems implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage a digital roadmap for risk management, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enable a unified and centralized view of risk, including operational risk, third-party risk, and compliance risk, through effective GRC system utilization.
  • Transform manual, siloed, and inefficient risk management processes into streamlined workflows, automating reporting and enhancing accuracy.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors.
  2. At least 8 years' experience in project management for GRC or ServiceNow projects.
  3. Proven track record of delivering GRC systems implementation or related field.
  4. Strong knowledge and experience in governance, risk management (IT and operational risks) and/or compliance frameworks & standards such as ISO31000 and COSO ERM.
  5. Project management certification e.g. PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2.
  6. ServiceNow certifications in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in risk and compliance and ServiceNow System Administrator will be an advantage.
