About the Role
We are committed to reducing reoffending and building equity for Maori. As a Senior Adviser Kaupapa Maori Supervisor, you will contribute to this goal by providing support for Kaupapa Maori supervision, ensuring the effective implementation of Kaupapa Maori elements of programs, and advising on Te Ao Maori methodologies.
This role offers a dynamic and diverse work environment, exposing you to a wide range of issues requiring critical thinking and strong relationship skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in program facilitation, Maori cultural supervision, counselling, social work, or a related social service field, as well as a solid understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to Kaupapa Maori Practice.
The salary range for this position is $101,162 - $142,816. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
