We are seeking an experienced leader with a passion for growth, strategy, and teamwork to join our team. Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across multiple regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop pricing, product, and promotional strategies aligned with market needs. Equip your team with tools and strategies to achieve and exceed their revenue targets. Lead integrated sales strategies across platforms, dismantling silos and embracing collaborative approaches.

What You'll Bring
A decade of senior media commercial sales leadership experience is essential. Expertise in integration and omnichannel sales strategies, with proven results in trading and negotiation, is required. At least five years' experience in media strategy, data, and insights is necessary. A strong track record of achieving revenue targets and market share growth is expected. Collaborative leadership skills that empower teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes are vital. A customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations is essential.
