Production Coordinator

NZWindows is a leading aluminium window and door manufacturer in New Zealand, known for exceptional service and high-quality products.
We are currently seeking a skilled Distribution Efficiency Planner to join our Manufacturing Team at our Waikato site.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan deliveries out of Waikato and BOP factories to ensure timely completion and align with production schedules.
- Implement loading plans to ensure product availability prior to scheduled delivery.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address special requirements.
- Maximise fleet movements to reduce unnecessary transportation costs and promote sustainability.
- Manage and coordinate logistics processes, including transportation and distribution of goods.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deliveries and schedules efficiently.
- Understanding of delivery processes, including loading requirements and legal standards for transporting materials.
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or a related field is highly desirable.
