About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marine Product Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects and working closely with sales and customers to develop new product localizations. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including managing projects of standard and non-standard FCM/HSS module areas for ship new building applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects to achieve agreed margins, delivery times, and quality
- Develop good relations with sales and customers
- Coordinate project relevant issues with internal and external customers
- Communicate with CLASS about module drawings and site inspections
- Deliver projects on specification, on time, and on cost
- Provide technical clarification support for heavy customized module products
- Standardize module workshop manufacturing technology
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, marine engine a plus
- Background and insight in Marine product, Alfa Laval product knowledge a plus
- Experience in module design and manufacturing a plus
- Familiarity with marine Class regulations
- Project management skills
- Quality sense
- Leadership and project management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to learn and adapt to new situations
