The Upstream Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the cGMP production and Upstream manufacturing systems. This individual will work directly with cell culture and viral propagation techniques, cell culture and bioreactor operations, bacterial and fermentation operations, pDNA, protein, and yeast-related operations, and aseptic techniques.
Responsibilities- Implementation of cGMP procedures and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordination with various functional areas to plan and implement the execution of cGMP activities in Upstream manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and six years of relevant experience including four years of supervisory/management experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
