Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of store visual merchandising standards and ensure effective stock management.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry.
  • Experience in achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage, and mystery shops.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
