Senior Sales Professional

Job Summary
This role involves contributing to the sales process and building strong customer relationships to promote our cutting-edge solutions in New Zealand. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will grow existing accounts, generate new business and meet or exceed sales targets for products such as SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, and Apptio.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to customers on new product features, upgrades, and relevant industry trends.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to present solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other lead-generation activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer persona development.
