About the Role- As a Senior HR Policy Advisor, you will be pivotal in reviewing and aligning our client's HR policies with legislation and the Policing Act.
- You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Analyst to ensure business processes and artifacts are in line with these policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking a comprehensive review of HR policies to ensure alignment and compliance with legislation.
- Creating a glossary of all terms and phrases used within HR policies.
- Working closely with the Senior HR Business Analyst to ensure business processes and artifacts align with reviewed policies.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in HR policy advising.
- Strong understanding of legislation.
- Ability to manage complex projects concurrently.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to complex issues.
