We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support the business in delivering transformational outcomes. As a key member of the Customer & Network Performance Division, you will be responsible for delivering a highly efficient programme coordination service to our stakeholders.

About the Team:

The Business Performance function within the Customer & Network Performance Division is looking for a new Programme Coordinator. This team is supportive, inclusive, and collaborative, with a growth mindset that thrives on continual improvement. We are seeking someone with a tertiary degree in Business Management, Programme Management, or similar, and a minimum of five years' experience in Programme Coordination, Project Coordination, Procurement, or similar.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a highly efficient programme coordination service to our stakeholders
  • Support programme owners and stakeholders to design and shape programmes
  • Adapt existing programming tools and templates to initiate, control, and ensure delivery of programmes
  • Monitor progress to ensure programme milestones and targets are met
  • Produce clear and accurate progress reports and other technical information, including risks, issues, and areas of potential concern

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Business Management, Programme Management, or similar
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Programme Coordination, Project Coordination, Procurement, or similar
  • Experience working in a challenging and complex environment
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Programme and Project Management disciplines
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Resilience and ability to work autonomously
