Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth operations. Key responsibilities include processing subcontractor claims, retentions, and reconciliation, as well as handling contracting/customer invoicing. You will also assist project managers with setup and budgeting for projects, and ensure company procedures are maintained. Strong administration and data entry skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require proficiency in MS suite of products, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Pronto software knowledge is an advantage. You will also need strong administration and data entry experience, preferably 3-5 years' experience in an administration role for a contracts/trade services operation. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, sound industry and product knowledge, and a high degree of initiative and ability to think clearly under pressure.
