**Our Project Administrator will be responsible for**:

- Providing administration support to the Director of an international team.
- Researching, analysing data, and assisting with writing memos and reports.
- Creating simple Excel spreadsheets.
- Setting up and administering project management software and streams
- Providing real-time scheduling support by setting up for meetings, booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Transcribing minutes from meetings, creating presentations, and conducting research.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Maintaining polite and professional communication.
- Anticipating clerical support needs in order to ensure an effective and efficient workload.
- At least two years of experience in a project administration or team support role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel & project management software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent listening & communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to proofread documents.
- Professional approach.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Have a can-do attitude.
- Enjoy being part of a start-up environment.
