**Responsibilities Include:**
- Developing and delivering engaging induction sessions, ensuring new employees receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Collaborating with HR and management to continually improve the induction process, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
- Providing ongoing support to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and facilitating a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, safety procedures, and workplace expectations, incorporating this information into training materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in training, facilitation, or teaching, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
