Operational Performance Lead

At Sealed Air, we are committed to excellence in safety, quality, and continuous improvement. As our Industrial Excellence Trainer, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture, enhancing training programs, and ensuring compliance across our sites.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Safety Champion – Lead safety initiatives and support our Zero Harm goals.
- Drive Compliance & Best Practices – Develop and improve Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) systems, policies, and risk assessments.
- Analyse & Improve Safety Performance – Monitor incident trends, conduct root cause analyses, and implement solutions.
- Facilitate Impactful Training Programs – Deliver and coordinate critical safety, operational, and compliance training for employees.
You should have:
- A strong commitment to workplace safety – Safety is at the core of everything we do.
- 5+ years of experience in a comparable industry or similar role.
- Exceptional communication & leadership skills – The ability to engage, train, and motivate teams at all levels.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset – Someone who takes initiative and finds practical solutions.
- Experience in safety compliance & training – Knowledge of EH&S regulations, risk assessments, and training programs.
